Abstract submission

  • The abstract submission deadline is April 21, 2024 (extended).
  • The abstract can be submitted to the conference system after registration. After logging in to the system, please select the ƒ“Abstracts” item from the menu on the left. Then please select “Submit abstract”, use the “Submit new abstract” tab, and follow the system’s instructions.
  • Please note that in the “Keywords” tab, you must select at least one and a maximum of three keywords (topics) of the conference.
  • An abstract must be prepared based on the abstract template and cannot exceed one page.
  • Each participant may submit any number of abstracts of which he or she is a presenting author. The presenting author must be indicated in the abstract in a manner consistent with the abstract template.
  • The Scientific Committee will decide on the acceptance of the abstract and the form of presentation, oral or poster, by May 15, 2024 (extended).
  • The presenting author must pay the conference fee by June 15, 2024 (extended). Otherwise, the abstract will be omitted from the Book of Abstracts, and the presentation will be removed from the conference program despite prior acceptance.
